The 1168B and 1169B InfiniiMax II Active Probes are probe solutions for high-frequency applications. The probes are compatible with the 90000A Series, 80000 Series, 54855A, and 54854A Infiniium AutoProbe Interface which completely configures the Infiniium series of oscilloscopes for the probes. These probes can also be used with other test instruments that have 50 ohm input such as a spectrum analyzer or Infiniium 86100D Digital Communication Analyzer. A complete probing solution consists of an amplifier and a probe head.
